      Looking for a spiritual path

      Hi folks,

      I only found out about lucid dreaming, OBEs and remote viewing a few days ago but am very interested. My interest in this comes from a spiritual expereince I had where I heard and talked with a benevolent spirit mentally. I am hoping lucid dreaming will give me an entry into the spirit world and I will be able to reconnect with it. So, I am also interested in OBEs. Not so much in remote viewing.

      My first priority is to improve dream recall so I have started keeping a dream journal. I only have about two nights info in it so far and it is all fragmented information.

      Hoping I can learn a lot from this site! Nice to meet you folks...

      You may find LDing opens all sorts of doors to self-reflection. It can be either a spiritual path or a toy. What it beomes is up to you. Welcome to DV, and yes, work on recall first.
