There is nothing to be scared of. |

I'm not afraid of my dreams, not even many that sound scary when I describe them, but being on this forum spooks me a little. I'm not looking to try any procedure to have more lucid dreams. That spooks me too. I like when they happen and that's about it. Most of the stories on this forum spook me too. |

Some dreams or experiences can be scary. But less so, if we know, that nothing can hurt us. Is there anything we can help you with? |
|
No, I just felt like I was conditioning my mind to experience weird dream stuff by reading about weird dream stuff. I was about to go to sleep and I didn't want that. Once when I was alone in a dark apartment I was a little spooked and I started thinking of a medical condition where people feel like they're being touched. It's not enough to know nobody is really there to do anything when you know it's possible to feel it anyway. I prefer my fears to be irrational. |

Welcome to DV Dohan. Theres nothing to be spooked about. If you are talking about Sleep Paralysis, that only happens with wild. With DILD, there is no sleep paralysis. Just sleep. I've only had 1 LD and nothing happened. I tried DILD. Do whatever you feel you are comfortable with |

Lucid dreams make your dreams come true!!
Just a side note about SP. |

I've had SP after an evening I was on drugs, it was pretty awesome. But it creeped me out a bit lol! I honestly don't think I'll ever get it again, but I hope I will. |
