Thread: Hey guys

I've had 3 or 4 level 2 and 4 lucid dreams so far, but last night I had my first full length controllable level 4 or 5 dream!
I was comfortable with my environment and was able to get excited without waking up.
So hey guys I feel like I can finally contribute as a member here!

Okay, I'll bite: What is a Level? Is there a published list of LD levels that I missed? If so, then please share, because that terminology may not have found its way into the DV lexicon yet!

That layer model is unidirectional and doesn't account for scenarios of contrast between vividness and awareness, critical thinking and memory, and so forth.
I was thinking more about an Inception type of layers I admit xD

Regardless, congratulations on that lucid dream OP! Just don't discard your other lucids, they are often the shiny light in the end of the tunnel of dry streaks ^^

I think Slash just made up the terms to explain an idea, but people love sorting and labeling stuff. I hear about layers now and again like it is a standard. No harm there, I guess.
