      New-ish to site, not new to LD...so..hellooo All

      I have been lurking on this site on and off for a while, searching for answers, tips and ideas to help me along on my quest to return to the amazing world of LD. When I was younger, 20-ish, I had great ease to achieve lucidity and essentially I had some wild lucid adventure going on every night. Since then, life happened..and with kids, etc, it became really hard to regularly practice. I am finally at a point now that I am able to experiment on weekend nights, of course if by chance it happens during the week, I welcome it :-) but on purpose, I can try friday and saturday nights which is awesome to me.

      Welcome to DV, Yriel! You can also practice by doing RCs couple of times everyday, if you aren't that busy, and you can also do DILD so you don't have to lay there with WILD, just dream and you'll probably become lucid.. I hope to see you around and wish amazing success to you to!
