Hey everybody,
I already know about the existence of lucid dreams for a few years, but I never really paid attention to it. It's time to change that, because it's a very interesting topic for me and I really want to find out how it feels to have lucid dreams.
Hence I started doing reality checks today (nose, fingers and palm).
I will also start my dream journal tomorrow in the morning.
As a new member, I have some questions to the experts
1) What happens if I die in a lucid dream? Do I just wake up?
2) Sometimes I don't remember a single dream in a whole week. Does it mean it will be even harder for me to have a lucid dream?
3) Are there any correlations between the amount/quality of lucid dreams and factors like blood pressure? I tend to have high bp.
4) Can I change my method within one night as a beginner? For example, when I fail a WILD, I can try a DILD. Maybe it's too much effort for a beginner and my inner system is just overstrained, I don't know.
I think I have more questions than that, but I seem to be too tired to think properly. It's 03:15 here.
