I'm new here (also have a dream to share!)

      Hi all!

Ever since I could remember, I was able to recall most of my dreams. But as I aged, that ability started to slowly disappear. When I was younger, I use to be able to control my dreams (not often, but once in a while) and I thought it was pretty cool!

I just had a lucid dream right now (I literally just woke up) and wanted to share it. I was basically in a dream, in a dream, in a dream (kind of like Inception) and it was crazy! This dream took place in my old room, in my old house and I had full control of everything, I told myself to be very calm or I would wake up. I was also in control of my physical body (I realized I was sleeping face down because my face felt crammed into my pillow, and I had the ability to move my fingers). While in my room, I was deciding on what I could do - I tried to move objects by pointing at them but I had no luck.

But what worked was walking through walls! At first, I stuck my hand through the wall and saw my entire arm going through it. So I took a step back, charged at the wall and BAM! I was outside of my house, but everything was very blurry (I guess because I can't remember how it looks anymore?). So I kind of panicked and "levitated" back inside my room, thinking of what to do next. I decided instead of running towards the wall, why not slowly walk backwards into the wall? That way my vision would be towards my room (and I know how my room looks like). Taking a few steps out of the wall, everything worked perfectly! I was outside, but my eyes were set in my room. I decided to climb my brick wall onto my roof and again, everything was very blurry, so I hurried back into my room.

At this time I felt like an urge to wake up (I have this fear that I might get stuck in a dream), so I did my old "rock" technique where I would PHYSICALLY roll my body physically to wake up. It turns out I woke up from that one dream, into the previous dream. And then I had to "rock" again to wake out from that dream, and then "rock" again to wake up from that dream!

Reading what I wrote kind of sounds crazy, but thought I'd share it with you guys D:

That's not crazy at all compared to what some of the lucid dreamers out there do. Sounds like you're off to a good start to exploring your dream world. Keep this dream written down though, your first lucid dream is always the most memorable!

      Hey Welcome to DV.

Sucks that majority of us lose it as we get a little older.

Cool dream, did you happen to try and stabilize the dream when it was blurry outsite? Did you try to have a lucid dream or did it just pop up out of the blue?

That sounds awesome! Sounds like you have excellent control. I had something similar happen to me, where I was in a lucid dream and woke up into a new dream.
