Welcome to the forums, Synergeon!

If you want to have more frequent and consistent lucid dreams then the first peace of advice I'd give you is to start a Dream Journal, or DJ. It's exactly what it sounds like, a journal in which you write down any dreams you had each night. This helps build recall so you can remember your dreams more easily, as well as recognize dream signs (DS, a recurring theme/object in your dreams) which can help you become lucid. It may even give you some more insight into who you are and what's going on in your mind that you may not be aware of.

It sounds like you're aware of some of the induction techniques (DILD) but I still suggest you take a look around the forum at some of the various guides posted and see if any of them spark your interest, or if you just want to learn more about the techniques you're already doing. It's also interesting to read some other people's experiences and thoughts on the subject.

You seem to have a lot on your mind, both mentally and spiritually, and lucid dreaming can help you explore some of yourself that you normally wouldn't get to see, so I guess there's some motivation for you . Good luck in your endeavors, and if you have any questions regarding lucid dreaming, feel free to ask either via thread, post, or pm. People here are very happy to help .
