Hey there !
I'm LuneBleue (it means BlueMoon in french) and I'm from France (i'll do my best with english language haha).
I have had lucid dreams since I was a child.
First it was only nightmares, I could only wake up by screaming very loud or hiding my eyes with my hands.
But then when I was 10 I started becoming lucid in dreams which weren't scary, painful or anything.
So I said to myself "well, I'm not forced to wake up, I can stay here, I can do what I want !".
I told my father about it, but he answered me "naah not possible you can't be aware during your sleep, you THINK you're aware but you're not really"
But I was sure of what I lived ! After this dream, I became spontaneously lucid in a few of my dreams, during 4 years.
I loved to ressucite my IRL dead pets to hug them one last time, I ran everywhere, I talked to my DC's (whose I didn't understand the nature, they looked so real but so "automatic" sometimes, it really fascinated me as a child (and still haha)).
My twin sister alson had some LD's, since I told her about mine but very few.
Then I read a scientific magazines telling about dreams, and especially "lucid dreams", so I made research on the internet to discover I wasn't alone !
Since then (I'm 18 today, I discovered this 4 years ago), I have a lot more lucid dreams (several every week), and sometimes very long and stable/steady (not sure of which one is correct) ones, but most of them are very short and with a very low lucidity.
Most of my lucid dreams are spontanous and not really induced, but I like to WBTB during the week-end or on holidays (it helps me for reminding my goals, a problem I have is that I very often forget what I planned to do).
I also have (soft) sleep parlaysis sometimes since 1 year, in the morning, so I can WILD by using them, it is very occasionnal but what an impressive experiment !
I won't post a lot because of my limited english but i'll try to write some of my LD's. I came here mainly to read about LD's, because I heard a lot of good about this wide forum on our small french speaking one's (by Kaan for example )
See you thanks for accepting me here !
