Thread: Hi!

Hey I've been around here on and off for awhile and asked a few q's but realized I never really properly introduced myself, so sorry for being rude! So cool this community exists, I don't really have friends IRL who are into this stuff. My name is Adam, I'm a composer, guitarist and sound designer based in the Los Angeles area. I've been lucid dreaming on and off for probably about 25 years. I've achieved some pretty advanced stuff in terms of LD dream control, telekinesis, different types of flying and surfing through many dream scenes through the years but also still struggle with some fundamental stuff like being consistent, achieving stability and inducing the dreams that I want when I want (99% DILDing). Also currently I'm really searching for a system that makes sense for dream journaling (how do people find time to do this when dream recall gets even fairly good?? so many dreams every night!!) that I can hang my hat on, was coming on here today to search around for what's been posted on that. Since I've been goin through a challenging life stretch lately I've been focused on trying to work out the symbolism in my normal dreams lately and be able to make heads and tails of them to tap into what my subconscious is trying to get across. In addition on that note I'm looking for a good dream dictionary or 2 to use as starting points for general dream themes when I'm in that zone. Open to suggestions on any of this but I'm also sure there are tons of posts on all of that so was gonna dig around a bit. Anyways, hope everyone has a great weekend and---Hi!
