      A self aware owl here

      Hey Out-Sighter here

I just wanted to let everybody know that I'm an owl, you can call me that instead of Out-Sighter if you wish. Don't mistake me for some furry, I'm no crazy humanoid individual who only perceives himself as an owl . No no, you see, I AM an owl in the most simplest sense . Born and raised in a nest with my mom, dad, and sister. See now I fly alone, and let me tell you something; I have no clue what the $%^& I'm doing. Like, even finding food is a struggle. I've been living off of thrown away popcorn from the local movie theater. That crap is usually stale and boring. What else can't I seem to find you wonder? Well I'm glad you asked that question and totally didn't just read it you curious human. I can't seem to find happiness; it's nowhere near me. Needless to say I gave up the life of a traditional owl, I mean all my friends and family cared about was sex, food, and sleeping. GOSHHHHHHH WHAT A DRAGGGG. You see I want something more out of my life. Humans seem to have this ability to connect, create, and understand themselves on a deeper level. -.- Some humans that is. Regardless, this is what I wan't for myself friends. But alas, at the core, it seems I'll still always be just an animal. An animal succumbing to impulsive temptations. I wan't to break out of this as much as an owl can. I wan't to know myself. I wan't to know this universe. I wan't to feel free both asleep and awake. I wan't to fix my deep seated issues in an personal beautifully crafted dreamscape. And perhaps most importantly I want to create something worth giving you humans my attention.

This has brought me to the start of my adventure which is lucid dreaming. Hopefully this forum can educate me on the do's and don't sof this practice. Know this my friends. I'm a jumpy one. It's hard for me to focus on ANYTHING ironically enough, being an owl and all. To put it bluntly, i'm lazy. No, I'm the manifestation of laziness, pure and unadulterated. This is going to be a discipline for me and it won't come easy like it does for some of you. Hopefully you humans and all your wisdom will be able to aid me through this adventure. Help to understand this and push to achieve lucidity maybe. I hope this is a community that is keen on sharing and caring rather than discrimination and helplessness. With that said, much love to all of you.

      Owl

      PS: Of course I'm human
