Hello Mahshid! That's really cool! I too always make own animations and stuff, but not before I go to bed. And you are lucky you've had a lucid dream. I've never had one before and I'm still waiting for it! |

Hi from when I was a kid till now I've been imagining things making my own animations and stuff before going to bed every single night. I do love to think about doing things I can never do in real life and that caused me to dream them too. I do dream every night and that's great. |

Hi Mahshid and welcome to Dreamviews! I love animation too and am actually going to college to become a professional artist for animation. I think animation and lucid dreams go great together. You can make a world from scratch with just your imagination. Plus you can use dreams to inspire your animations! Like Luciera said there are lots of friendly people here who will help you become a better lucid dreamer. Make yourself at home. You seem like you have some natural tallent for dreaming so why not look into WILD techniques to supplement your current abilities. It is also a good idea to have some goals for what you want to do next like how you like to become a lioness. Do you have any ideas? |

Thank u for welcoming me so warmly!! I really enjoyed reading your replies and really felt comfortable I really am looking forward to posting more and reading your useful information and getting hep from you. I also love to be with people who believe that one can get things by just believing in it . and of course TRYING hard and sometimes not hard for it . |

Thanks and your welcome! |

I had my first lucid dream when I never knew what was going on and that was more painful than u having no lucid dreams. Lol. Kidding I promise you will have urs too as soon as you r ready for it. I never cared about dreams but all I did was daydreaming till I fell asleep. You can start from visualising things. Remember the features of sponge Bob and try to talk to him n make his lips and cheeks move. I love Sponge Bob he is so cute |

I'm trying to get used to replying n how to do it I've never seriously started posting like now |

Thank you Mashid for everything. You are a really affable person. I really appreciate your support. You made me believe once more. I know I will attain lucidity. Thank you so much, once again. |

I have a question about reality checks ( I'm a beginner after all!) And I guess I've seen no answer to it anywhere. |

Thanks for ur warm welcome |

"Going through life worrying about the little things is like cooking with motor oil instead of cooking oil. Sure, you can still probably pull it off, but it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth in retrospect." - Me, apparently

By and far the best RC that works for the most people is the nose plug one that spellbee2 mentioned. You can breath in dreams no mater what because of our biological need for oxygen. Otherwise people who have nightmare of drowning might actually die. Pinching yourself or biting yourself is something that works in movies but not in real life consistantly because unlike in the movies it is possible to feel pain while dreaming (although you can go through very brutal stuff while lucid and feel fine haha). Other than that You can always experiment with other techniques once you are lucid and see what works for you. |

Important: Even if you come to the conclusion that you are not dreaming, don't acknowledge it. Don't say/think "I'm not dreaming". Instead, say a mantra "Next time I'm dreaming, I realize I'm dreaming", or "Next time I RC, I realize I'm dreaming." Otherwise, you may RC in your dream and out of habit you will acknowledge that you are not dreaming. That's what I wanted thanks ! True I felt pain in my dreams and biting is not a good choice. anyway is there a place for discussions like this? Questions and answers? I feel our conversation here is kinda irrelevant to this topic. Hope its not. |
