Return to DreamViews after finding the perfect technique!

Hello everyone, I have technically been on DreamViews for 3 years. My previous account was "sramsay12". I don't know if anyone here might remember me. I've been naturally lucid dreaming for as long as I can remember but not every dream, usually not every day. The past few years I've not had many lucid dreams which is why I signed up here in the first place. I have not tried to lucid dream for months but recently have taken an interest again. A few days ago I found the FILD technique and have been using it with a 100% success rate, getting 3 or so lucid dreams every night. I'm absolutely over the moon with this, and it's what prompted me to make a new account, as I lost access to my old email address and therefore my old account some time ago. It's good to be back.

      Thank you

I'd just like to say to anyone reading this, who may be struggling to find a technique that consistently works for them, or haven't had their first lucid dream yet, that I highly recommend the FILD method. A quick google search shows that I'm not the only one that this works for every time and it's probably the easiest method I've ever seen. I haven't even used it with WBTB, I've just done it when first going to sleep, and it has still worked every time!

Give me a PM to say how you get on! I think the trick is to be sleepy enough that you would fall asleep easily, but still concentrate on the finger movement. You feel your body going to sleep, and for me, when I enter the dream I'm still in my bed, trying to FILD, hahaha.. Quick reality check and you're good to go!
