      Raed3700 at your service! :)

      HELLO EVERYONE!
Man i'm so excited i'm joining you guys in DV that i had to do RC to make sure i'm not dreaming . (Excitement is one of my dream signs)

First things first^^. I'm Raed3700, Raed is my real name. 20yo. I'm from Saudi Arabia. I'm on my journey to master my mind and dreams.
The community around me are so poor in the knowledge of lucid dreaming. so poor that i get so happy if i know someone only heard about it! i never met someone in my community who has read a book or article about lucid dreaming, not to mention trying it.
This is one reason why i registered. to know people who encourage me to keep up trying to master lucidity. to meet people who have done mistakes and learn from their mistakes. and hopefully they learn from mine.

My knowledge in lucid dreaming is a little bit above level zero . i've read LaBerge's Exploring The World of Lucid Dreaming and i'm currently reading Are You Dreaming? by Daniel Love. (I'm aware he is a member of DV, which is super cool ). Since my beginning to read ETWLD until now (about 8 months later) i have a record of 8 dreams where i realized i'm dreaming. only one of them that was REAL lucid dream. and man what an experience it was.

In these nights, I'm focusing on MILD. so i'm trying to stay focus during the day while saying some mantras like: "I'm dreaming right now" "This so looks like a dream, i'm dreaming" about 10 times a day. any advises? did i miss something ? am i doing something wrong? should i take a break from MILD and try WILD? (i never tried it to be honest, because it scares me )

With all that being said Thank you for your consideration ^^

Hey there, good luck with your lucid dreaming experience. I'm a newbie as well. 8 LDs are great! Everytime you realize you're dreaming while in a dream, that dream is a lucid dream. Even if you don't have control yet

Welcome Raed! I really like your enthusiasm! Shared interests like lucid dreaming could really help bring the world together with the right focus or angle. There's always hope!

I really like your mantras and I can see them producing results. Some may say to keep going with MILD for a while longer, but I do find that I like to try different things, so it is up to you. There is definitely nothing to fear except the fear itself. You might also consider starting a workbook. I help with the DILD workbooks and you are more than welcome there. Hope to see you around for years to come!
