      Hello hello hello!

      Hi All,

Just say hello, re started lucid dreaming about 40 years after my 1st LD back in the early 70's. Heard an interview with Robert Waggoner in Nov last year (2015) was peaked and on Dec the 18th 4 weeks later had an LD very short but on the road again. Since then I have recorded about 300 dreams and had about 20 LD's. On the path. Cheers for now

      Well hello there! to Dreamviews!

How nice that you got back to lucid dreaming. I guess that's not something people just abandon. Good to see that you also care about your non-lucids. They can be awesome too. Make yourself at home and let us know if we can help with anything.

If you feel like it, pop into our chat.

      Hi All, Yo another visit.
It is now 1 year and a bit since I started to record my dreams again. 1st one on Nov the 19th 2015. 1st LD on Dec the 18th. I have just had a dry spell of nearly 2 months with a previous average of 5 LD's per 2 months. Last night another LD phew!!! at last. This was one of the longest also. Not so amazing as a dream in itself. I have a crazy work schedule that does not allow a regular sleep pattern. I can be out till 3am 3 or 4 nights a week and not regularly. Occasionally there is a siesta in the afternoon which I always try to utilize as a LD moment and early on it did work occasionally. I have run the full gamut of dream possibilities. With dreams recorded when I woke up half an hour after hitting the pillow. My best night was 7 dreams recorded and another night with 3 LD's one after the other. I never seem to need a reality check it is very clear to me that I am dreaming when I become Lucid. I do use the closed nose breathing check though, always worked. Jumping has failed several times. Tech stuff seems to work better in my dream world. Spinning hasn't worked yet to extend my LD's more practice I hope will fix that.
I am particular interested in WILD's and am putting more energy into this method for my second year of Lucid Dreaming. I still remember the 1st one which was pretty amazing just to drop off into a dream from being awake. I am interested in being aware through all the sleep stages REM NonREM and Deep sleep stages.
Close on 400 dreams recorded for my 1st year, a little over 20 LD's. As my Tablet was stolen I lost the stats of Dream counts. I still have all recorded dreams so maybe later on in the year I will be able to enter them in to an App to do the statistics. I use "Color Note" on Android to record my dreams. It has a free encrypted backup to the cloud. I was using "Lucidity" and "My lucid Dreams" to do statistics, but since the loss of my Tablet havn't found the time to re-enter the dreams. Well thats it for this post I hope every bodies Christmas goes well. See you soon.
