thanks for ur help, and i honestly think u got the real point: maybe the point is not to get rid of it, i just need to learn not to control the dream and to watch it.
i remember a lot of the dreams, i pay a lot of attention to small details like brand of things i see, colors, numbers, but i never kept a diary cos i dont think its interesting or it has some use.
It is SO true that i am frustrated cos i cant dream normal, and also cos i dont want to become a control-freak...controlling also my own dreams.

anyway, i do some meditation, i call it "centering". i do it in the morning, i tend to be extremely unkind and in a very bad mood if i dont "center" myself. maybe i should do it also in the night...

at the end i can give u some tips to help newbies, although i still need to analyze a few things..
1-check little things like color that changes or brands . i can remember a dream of Matt leBlanc that i sadly discovered it was a dream cos his jeans brand changed twice...
2- feelings. like ur naked but ur not cold or its summer and u/people wear a pullover
3- illogical things. like i speak german to my italian parents.

but mostly i just feel its a dream and specially if i dnt like it , i change it or try to wake up.
