Thumbs up Hola ! from mexico !

hi everybody, i joined 3 days ago but have been reading this forum for a few weeks. I'm a musician and my friends know that my dreams tend to be very very cryptic and weird; like out of the ordinary weird (not scary just bizarre)

i used to recall something like a dream every two weeks or so, but since starting last week to keep my journal, my recall ability went up really fast !!!! from that day on i've been recalling long vivid dreams every night and some night i fill 2 entries in my journal.
so far i've got one false lucid (where i aparently was makingg lucid decisions, but i was not really aware) and 2 MILD's ! they were awesomely short.... both of them were long dreams and at the end i sudenly became lucid but woke up 2 or 3 seconds afterward... i know i was lucid because in the dream i remembered my intention to look down at my hands and try to rub them... but in never got to do it

Hey Satrianix, and welcome to DV! I was kind of like you, I creeped around this forum for a few weeks before making a profile, haha Also good job on your lucid dreams, even though they're short, they're still cool! Plus, the more LD's you have, the longer they'll get and you'll have a lot more control of them too. And you should definitley keep up with your dream journal, once it starts to get filled up, you'll be very proud of yourself! Also, if you ever got any questions, feel free to PM me or post a visitor message on my wall!

      Welcome to the forum!

Looks like you have some great progress! With luck and time you should start having longer dreams. Keep up with that journal; It will let your brain know your dreams are important to you!

Once your dreams get a little longer you might want to try out the Stabilization Tutorial in our WIKI.

If you have any questions feel free to post or ask anyone. The staff is here to help and we typically reply to posts but you may also send any of us a private message by clicking on our profile name.

      Pleasant dreams!

It may take a while to have longer dreams of any quality. Any technique or method on this forum has a suggested trying out period of two weeks at a minimum and months is better. Telling your mind that dreams are important can take some time.

Still, best of luck! I hope the next one is successful, but if it's not rest assured that it will happen in the near future. Dreaming progress can surprise you and appear immediately or take its sweet time and make you wait a few weeks.

      Just keep dreaming.
