hello to all, i am new here and also new to trying to control my dreams.
i had my first LD last night, while dreaming i decided to see if i was dreaming by pushing my fingers into the headboard of my bed. it worked and gave the most wonderful tingeling sensation in my fingers. anyway i got so excited that i must have pulled myself out of deep dreaming and after that everything seemed thin and not real, i knew i was dreaming and it seemed to diminish the dream. is there a good way to stay in that deep dream state so as to make it more real and fulfilling? the rest of the dream seemed to play out as if it was on a small screen inside my head ( i was quite aware of my body in my bed)
