"spinning" works for me real well. if u arent familiar this is how i do it. i close my eyes and spin around in circles concentrating on where i want to be, and it almost always gives more detail to the dream, and is also a good way to change scenery. maybe it'll work for u |

It should get better as you continue. As corny as it sounds, meditation may help. To stay focused and deep in your dreams, one must stay focused and deep while awake. It's almost an attention span thing. |

i do meditate, regularly. i use the NSR technigue and almost always have immages and shapes dancing in my head as i meditate, i suppose i should try the awake to lucid technique (still dont remember all the acronyms) |
