I tried going to the bathroom then sleeping right away and I tried staying up for like 45 minutes then sleeping and the same thing happened. I think I'll try a new method then, but I don't have any experiences in any other methods though. |

i have found that if i meditate while trying to WILD i can reach SP easier and that the urge to move isn't as overpowering. it doesnt help me when i'm really tired though, i still fall asleep or move invoulentarilly. i just meditate for like 15 minutes or so and i'm there. |
