Have you read up on the subject? A good place to start is the dreamviews homepage. It gives a good summary of what it is to lucid dream, the different stages of sleep, how to improve dream recall (what if you lucid dream already, but can't remember?!), and induction techniques. If you read that site, chances are you'll get a good feel on what you should be doing. |

The tutorials that you should read specifically are the ones about DILDs and Reality checks. Don't worry that you're not able to do it right now, it does take practice and very few people can DILD on command, most of the time they happen randomly and if you're good maybe once a week. When I was starting out I had one about once every other week. |
