my advice would be that you should confront this dream head on. when these shadowy figures appear close your dream eyes and think what it would be to have a revolver with silver bullets in your hand (wereWolves right?) chase the WereWolves away but not kill them if you are a paficist. Have you read up on sleep paralysis, yet? It sounds like you may be experiencing classic symptoms. I get it all the time, too. You can use it to enter a lucid dream. Just relax, stay calm, and try to fall back asleep. Don't struggle to wake up. That will only make you panic. |
