And because you are immersed in the story when lucid dreaming. You feel as if you have also passed through a decade.

I don't understand why you are arguing this.

I have had dreams that seem to last longer than they actually did, and I am sure tons of other people on this forum has too.
I would say I've had the same. Mainly because I simply don't have a good measure of how much time has passed. But I'm talking about 15 minutes maybe seeming more like half an hour.

I've never experienced a dream that seems to last days, weeks, years.
Its just not logically possible.

Heres my point, when you timeslip (as in whoops suddenly its a year later what ever story is unfolding) you don't suddenly have a years worth of false memories to look back on. Neither have you experienced a years worth of events.

Furthermore, "time control" suggests you can somehow induce this time dilation. To have control you would need to be lucid. Being lucid you're more likely to notice and understand the disjointed nature of dreams.
Even if you did suddenly appear at your destination without completing the 10mile walk inbetween, you would be well aware of the jump and wouldn't assume you had walked the 10 miles.
