My first lucid!

Last night I had my first lucid! I think it was a DILD... Anyway, as far as I can remember in the dream I was trying to catch my pet cockatiel who was attempting to fly away... when I finally caught him I went to put him in his cage. Once I'd done so I went and chased him again, caught him again, and put him in his cage... again. That's when I realized " Hey wait a minute... why are there two of them now?!" (I only have one 'tiel so seeing double kinda surprised me) That's when I thought "hmm... maybe I'm lucid?" (This site had caught my attention before and I'd read through some posts and stuff so the idea just kinda stuck) So just to make sure I checked by looking on a number hanging from the cage, (the number was 31 or 36 and maybe I should add that there isn't usually a big number hanging on the cage) I did a reality check just to make sure, and when I looked back at the number it had changed to a 48! Can't remember what happened next but that was pretty cool
