my subconscious is playing with me :(

After last night I could remember two dreams quiet good and parts of another one... so I wrote it down... somehow... without a pencil... and without writing anything... O_o

And after I really woke up... Well, I hope I'm awake right now... I was so confused that I did not write anything down in the end... -_-

Its like a fight betwine me trying to remember dreams and my subconscious not wanting to give away its privacy. ^.^

I really have a hard time in the morning to remember checking if I'm still asleep or trying to remember dreams. Is there a way to improve my awareness in the morning ?

      Water in thhe face?
Now, since it was just once, don't worry too much about it, FA happens to everyone, the trick is to RC after waking up so that you don't get fooled by them lol

I used to have the weirdest FA's, also. I would have some crazy vivid dream, then a FA, and the funny thing was that after I had the FA, everything in the dream would be completely mundane and normal. I would just get ready for school or something like that. I have been trying to remember to do RC's as soon as I wake up so I will automatically do it when I have a FA.

I have also had very similar experiences. They are quite frustrating

The think that the most annoying about this is that I really could remember this 4 dreams and in the end did not wrote anything down (and forgot) except what you can read above.

I really like to remember my dreams and it was the first time I remembered that much.

To be specific on my problem: sometimes I remember quiet good about a dream part but being awaken I'm often still in some sort of trance or something like that. So I don't think about trying a RC or write the dream down when it still is clear in my memory.

It is a kind of slow awakening... I don't know how to describe it, because by definition at the time it happens I'm not paying any attention.

But It's not always like this.

Every morning do a reality check, look at your watch twice, or look outside the window twice.
