I had my very first Lucid Dream. It has been some time since I posted, after some failed WILD techniques I gave up. I was asleep, and had no thoughts about dreaming the day before. A dream began, as I remember, with my mum and I in a shop and everything started slowing down. People's voices, movements, everything but me. Then some kind of evil smiling face came around a corner, slowly and steadily. My heart rate rose, and I woke myself out of that situation.

I was now lying in bed, and I remembered something I hadn't thought about for some time. Lucid dreams. I laid back and slept.

This time, I was in my bed, and somehow remembered my thoughts when awake. I did the nose plug RC and quickly a buzz went through my body. I felt excited, then remembered what I read about getting overexcited, so I calmed myself, stood up and spun around. It was dark in my room, but my first thought was to go outside. And I mean't OUTSIDE. I opened my door, but instead of my hall, I was outside my house. People walked by, some people were biking but I think I slowly lost lucidity from there.

Any tips on continuous lucidity? I think I was just a bit too excited and distracted by the things around me.
