Hey everyone im new here and been quite interested in lucid dreaming for some time now, and i have been resently been using "Hemi-Sync - Lucid Dreaming Series" with some sucess. I started with the relaxation techniques then it plays some noises ment to trigger REM sleep and increase llucid dreaming, after a while i took my headphones off in a time before it would wake me up after 90min and being relaxed I started to fall into a dream state and shortly after all i could think about was light switches, so i went and played with them and no light would turn off. I went from their knowing i was in a dream and continued with it. I plan to keep on trying these audio files as well as taking others Techniques.
My questions tho are would this be considered a WILD or a DILD, and i have yet to try a WBTB but im wondering what the diffrence between WILD's and WBTB's are besides the waking up then going back to sleep.
