Knowledge That Would Save a Lot of Time.

I think it would be a great idea to post things that you have learned that would have saved you a lot of time If you learned them earlier.

      Ill start.

      1. Its very challenging to WILD at bedtime. You dont start dreaming until 5-6 hours of sleeping. It is only worth your time to try a WILD after waking up in the middle of the night or in the morning.

      2. The nose-pinch reality check is the most effective in my opinion. Dont try any reality check that requires any mental effort, because you wont be thinking logically in your dreams.

      3. It will SAVE time to have a dream journal. You will start having lucid dreams sooner if you recognize what your dreams are like sooner.

      4. Dont try anything exciting at first. Although you may want to be superman and fly when you first become lucid, Its much better to simply observe the environment at first and become comfortable with being in a dream before trying to do something exciting.

      5. You cant WILD if you are waiting for something to happen. Dont lie in bed for hours waiting to be in a dream because by waiting, you are preventing yourself from sleeping.

      6. You wont attain sleep paralysis by moving. If you feel the urge to roll over, or move to a more comortable position, it is your body testing you to se if you are asleep. If you move you will wake up.
