Yeah, a DG is a souped-up DC, basically. They can help you become lucid, tell you how to become lucid, etc. Also, they are more "intelligent." This should be noticeable...there will be a sort of recognizable trait of lucidity; that is, they will be just as aware of the fact that you're dreaming as you are. They should be able to have somewhat meaningful conversations with you, go on quests with you, etc. Naiya explains it so much better...hopefully, she'll stop by soon. |

Some people believe that dream guides can show things about your dreams and help you become lucid almost as if they are another consciousness outside of your own. I personally don't believe there is a possible way that another consciousness can be present inside your dreams but I'm always open to new ideas. |

Lucid Dreams: 22 (many more recently, I've stopped counting) (DILD: 20 --- DEILD: 2)
This is a fact: Anything and everything that is unrelated to elephants is irrelephant.
So can you pick your own DG, can it be a character you want, or does it just kind of happen and you end up with one? |

DGs are always somebody you really like. Such as a badass anime character or a white-haired 20-year old chick (using examples of fellow DVers.) |

I'm hoping to have Kobe Bryant or Andre Ethier as my DG. Can't wait. Dream Guides are awesome. So i've heard. |
