      Waking after every dream...

      I found last night (my first dream recall night since I started here) that i woke up 3 times to recall each dream. I have heard of techniques that say to try to wake up after every REM stage to recall your dreams before you forget them. Is this good that I automaticaly woke up to recall? I do feel a little tired this morning but I dont care one bit im so happy to have dream recall haha

      Yeh, it shows your biological clock is good,
      I one time set an alarm for 3:00 and woke up automatically at 3:00on on my watch time which is 1 min bacwards.
      So yeh you it is a good thing if you can master it,

      Wheres the thanks button buddy? Yay thats good cos I set an alarm like 4 nights ago at 5am and every night apart from 1 I have woken up at 5.10 or 5 on the dot without alarm, pretty cool!
