How do I stop my eyes from twitching?

I really want to WILD, but I can't even get into SP because my eyes just can't stop moving! I can easily get to the point where I feel small vibrations and I see flashing lights and patterns, but they go away after a few minutes because my eyes just keep twitching. Is there any way to stop my eyes from twitching? Thanks in advance.

I used to have this problem. Try focusing on your breathing instead, that worked for me. Taking attention away from your eyes helps.

any twitch is just your body getting rid of residual tension. This is good for you. don't fight it. Simply allow it to happen, don't react to it. Welcome it. Then it will pass.

Both the above posts have my approval, any insights I could give would just be repeating what they said.

By the way, this should be in the WILDing board, this board is for newbies to say hi.

      In that case then, hello!

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.

      Hi Clyde Machine

I first met you at Planar Portals not long ago. I will have a look at the WILDing Board after I finish looking at this Newbie board. (bfn Deb)

Pretending you don't have eyes works for me. Seriously. Just put your attention elsewhere like Loaf suggested and forget all about your eyes. Losing consciousness of your vision also works wonders for letting the dream imagery flow.
