Welcome to the forums Just keep on pushing right through. My first LD was last year around this time and I've started to really try to have LDs about a month ago with only one moment of lucidity so far, but, confidence is what will get you an LD as well as the different techniques. My advice is this:
- Practice RCs during the day questioning yourself if you are dreaming and prove it to yourself(DILD-> Explained better in Naiya's tutorial).
- When you go to bed, repeat the phrase "I will recognize that I'm dreaming in my dreams"(MILD).
- Wake up 4-6hr into your sleep and try to WILD. If successful, you get a WILD.
- Make sure to set clock 1hr after you woke up, so, that if you don't succeed at WILDing, you get another shot.
Basically, it's like trying to DILD, MILD and WILD at the same time each night and increasing your chances of lucidity Just make sure to give enough time for each technique
