Reality checks really do work! I'd never heard of them before i found this website! It's funny cos when i do a reality check in a dream something weird, but wonderful happens and that's when i realise i'm dreaming!! for example, i tap my hand every few hours for a reality check, when i did this in dream world my hands glowed!!
What does it feel like to be lucid you ask? well it must be different for everyone, but depending at what level of lucidity you are at it's always pretty cool. I always try to do stuff like fly and explore. You'll know when you lucid dream is what i'm trying to say!
