      What's happening? Nothing much.

      As you can see, I'm quite new here, so I hope I fit in and all. I've been looking around here for awhile now, so I'm glad I finally joined. I hope I get a lucid dream soon, so if you've got any tips, I'll be glad to hear them.

      Hello,

      here's what you can do for a quick start: first of all, and most importantly, keep a dream journal. If you want to recognize the dream world, you'll have to know what it's like. A dream journal will help you get familiar with your dreams and will improve your ability to recall your dreams. Secondly you can get in the habit of doing reality checks during the day, so you will carry this habit over to the dream world. Here's a link about reality checks. And lastly have a look around the tutorial section and find a induction technique that's suited for you.
