Considering sleepwalking, it's a possibility. But I've never seen a person dead because of lucid dreaming, since lucid and normal dreams aren't the same. |

We've already established its not really possible. Unless you have anything useful to add, don't. |

Dream on...
Oh, yeah. Check out US death statistics. About 10 billion people die from lucid dreaming every year just in the US alone! Yeah, but I do it anyway, because I'm a badass. |

Actually, if you are dieing in a dream and it brings about anxiety etc., you could probably die in real life. How? If you have a bad heart or poor health, it could bring on a heart attack or stroke. Realistically, it wouldn't be limited to just dieing in a dream, it could be a variety of things from a dream. Though highly unlikely, it is possible. |

But you aren't dying from the dream, you are dying indirectly from it due to complications. |

Right, well let's say you can get a heart attack from an intense dream. Which I will concede could be possible if you have a pre-existing condition. Wouldn't lucid dreaming be much safer? I mean, at least you will know you are dreaming, which would make things less frightening and less likely to get you so riled up you would have heart failure. |

Maybe. What if you are having lucid sex? Ever get a hard-on etc. in real life while having dream sex? This then begs the question if the dream sex brought on the external stimuli of the "hard-on" or if the "hard-on" brought on the internal stimuli of the dream sex. |
