
When you say your mantra out loud it will be more powerful, but it might keep you awake. You could start with saying it out loud a couple of times and then continue in your head. The essential thing of MILD is to really focus on your mantra. If you worry about moving, you will not be completely focused on your mantra. So, move or don't move, at least don't pay any attention to it.
