      Unhappy Having trouble...

      Hello! :)

I've been trying to lucid dream for quite a while now. I had a few lucid dreams, but they were random, and were short lived. I always get that weird sensation once I find out I'm in a dream.

Anyway, I found a way to lucid dream, though its not very good. I just sleep for a few hours in the afternoon, and when I go to sleep, I lie on my back and just think of nothing. Usually that weird sensation comes, so I close my eyes and wait a little. Sometimes, I try to think of a place I want to go.

When I open my eyes, I'm not looking at the ceiling anymore. Sometimes, I'm just in a dark place, and other times, I'm in some random room. In all of these dreams, I can only move my arms and legs if I try really hard. It's very frustrating, and I usually just wake myself up.

Do you guys have any comments? Thanks :)

Sounds like yu are doing a WILD when first going to sleep? Try to close your eyes again and imagine yourself somewhere else to see if the paralysis dissapears, that would be a way.

      Welcome to DV, btw.

I guess I've been doing WILD. Haha
I try to imagine myself somewhere, but I never end up where I want to.

      Thanks

Ah, you end up somewhere else then, try not to worry much about where, just changing the scenario should be enough, plus its fun letting your mind choice the place, right?

Haha yeah, it is. I guess I'll just focus on actually moving my limbs during these dreams.

Ok, when trying that, try to move first a finger and then move on to the rest of the body, safer to go for the small and then move on to the big, right?
