      Sleep paralysis...Did I obtain?

Im not sure if I SP'd. I was meditating and my body was doing the tinglies, is this the same thing as sleep paralysis. I was sitting on the bed up straight with my legs out in front of me (im sure it looked weird) also sorry if this was already mentioned in a previous post.

I don't think you were in SP (but the information you gave is limited). The most important symptoms of sleep paralysis are not being able to move and hallucinations, you didn't have either one of those.

Maybe you were in SP then, did you breathing pattern change? Did your eyes move wildly? Those things are common too. And you can reach SP through meditation.

SP is a very noticeable change in your body, you cannot miss it.

You most likely hit the gooey phase that confuses many new lucid dreamers. You start to feel disconnected from your body and it feels like you're melting into your bed etc. This isn't sleep paralysis.

Sleep paralysis will feel like a very heavy blanket being placed overtop of you. It will come on and overcome you in a matter of seconds, and everything will feel very heavy.
