I agree with Mario and Dianeva, I talk to myself, mostly when I am home alone except I don't just talk to myself, I pretend like I'm talking to other people but I am showing them to do something.... example: If I am making cereal, I'm like "well first you get the milk and bowl" etc etc. I probably sound crazy but I find I do this with most things...it makes them more entertaining and it happens automatically.
