That's completely different. I'm not attracted to Fistina, but I do things with her sometimes.

But you wouldn't fuck someone ugly. You would fuck a supermodel.

Therefore you don't find them unattractive.

I think most are average, I see better looking women in porn and wonder why they aren't models instead.

But there's only rarely an ugly one. Although I've watched some of those shows a couple of times when I'm bored, and am not really turned on at all.

I generally find myself attracted to women shorter then supermodels without the large breasts. They are not unnatractive, though. Models, I mean. Sure, many are too thin. Some aren't.

I don't like models bodies (far, far too skinny) but their faces I don't mind. It depends on the type of model though. Runway models are supposed to have that robotic, average face so that they don't distract people from the clothes. They're paid to be hangers.

Photography models are usually chosen because they have an interesting feature etc. But then again so many photos are edited, the lighting and makeup is also insane. Contouring, highlighting, fake lashes, loads of other shit.

Runway models are supposed to have a bmi of roughly 18.5 now (which is the skinniest you go without being classes as underweight) but no way are those models healthy. When your bones stick out and you look sick all the time you are NOT healthy.



I would hate to look like that. I'd look like a boy. Then again some people have super fast metabolisms. Though when you can see your ribs and your theighs don't touch at all I don't think that's good

Yeah, that second picture looks pretty good to me. A lot of the disagreement on this thread is probably caused because people are thinking of two different types of 'models', which those two pictures are perfect represenatives of.

Although there's also the more average sexy model body which is a little less curvy than that second picture, maybe somewhere in between the two. This is close to the bodytype that comes to my mind when I think 'supermodel', and it would surprise me to find out a guy doesn't find the body attractive (although that second picture Raspberry posted seems more sexy to me).


There was a youtube video I watched a few months ago with models who were all about as skinny as that first picture Raspberry posted. I commented that they look unhealthily skinny and someone replied "go back under your rock".

What!? But they would look unhealthy! My friend told me that the size women are supposed to be are a UK 12, which is a US 8 I think?

Most of the girls I know are a UK 8-14, which is pretty healthy in my opinion. I'm a size 10-12 myself, depends what season it is. I do know some though who are rail thin. It's really not that pretty. Maybe with clothes on, because everything's flat and slim, but clothes off? I'd rather not see my ribs sticking out. I'm not a fan of prominant hip-bones either. Just bones in general.

There is so much pressure from the media though. Fashion, movies, celebrities.. No wonder so many girls (and guys) these days feel they need to get so skinny. I just don't know how people find it so appealing.

Skinny girls also tend to lose all shape, which is sad I think. I'd looove to be an hourglass, but just don't have the chest for it. I'm happy as a pear though!

They are models whose exposure is so wide they become a household name. (typical of Victoria's Secret Angels) ^the above three being all Brazilian and for some reason wearing matching clothes and hair colors which makes them look more photocopied than normal

The random girls you see in fashion magazines or on the runway are just fashion/haute couture models. Most have an android face and anorexic build which, apparently, makes the hideous clothes they are wearing somehow look better.

Playboy bunnies are not supermodels. Except in the case a supermodel decides to pose for playboy of course.

...and...pornstars are just...pornstars.

I'm assuming the "supermodels" described in the OP would fall under the typical runway model look. Vacant, skeletal creatures from an alien planet.

You mean the one on the right? The one on the left looks the prettiest to me. (Although it took a few seconds of staring at their faces to tell them apart at all).

The stereotypical face of a model is so limited. Yes, if I met a real woman that looked like that and she was interesting I would like her. They all look like imitations of each other. They also seem to idealize the sorority look or the MTV look. They often are very dull, boring, and stupid. I like Milla Jovovich, but that is more because of her personality and the fact that she is a musician and an actress. But also as far as male models go, they all look ridiculous to me. But there are not enough models that represent the wide spectrum of beauty out there. I like all body types except overweight. And personality is very important to me, and a woman who obsesses about her weight and looks and make-up and hair just turns me off. The older I get the less looks are important to me. That is good, because I don't want to be a dirty old man.

I've dated models, they aren't as shallow as you would think, just because they have a great body doesn't mean they are stupid or shallow, people are people, yes some are bitches and stupid, not all are. What supermodels have fake breasts? Do you mean porn stars? The biggest supermodels in the world are Tyra Banks and Heidi Klum, both of whom have natural breasts

I've also dated a few models, but not famous models. And yes, they did seem more vain generally than the general population of women. There are some who are not. I've had chances, I've taken them, then I lost interest. I don't make distinctions though like "I won't date a model" or "I will only date women that aren't models", I discriminate in other ways, usually positive ways like "I only date women who I am attracted to physically, emotionally, and mentally." But actresses generally seem way worse than models. Most actresses (and actors) that I have know were way too into themselves, and fake. They acted in their relationships, in their friendships, etc. I here that Jeff Bridges is a cool down to earth guy though. I would like to smoke a joint with him and rap about life.

I think the ratio of dullness/fakeness : real personality is the same in models as any other group of people. Just going by the ones I've known.

Also really skinny doesn't bother me. Unless it's she's anorexic, skin and bones skinny.
But even the first picture Raspberry posted isn't that.

I think there should be more outrage at people being fat.
I hear way too much talk about how disgusting it is to see these rakes on stage all the time, but nigh a whisper about how disgusting it is to walk down the street and see plodger after plodger after enormous plodger.

EDIT: I should clarify, I don't mean I find it disgusting visually, although sometimes I do. It's more the fact that they are selfish, they are wasting food that someone else could eat. Selfish and stupid, and they don't care.
Generally, some people have genetic problems, but that is actually an incredibly rare thing. 99% of people just over-eat.

yea i find supermodels attractive, (some more than others, or not at all). i think its really stupid not to like someone because of what they do for a living, they were born attractive, so they were able to become a supermodel. does that make them any less attractive, or less of a person? and im not talking about the twigs here either, thats kind of gross.
