Not only is the weather amazing recently (considering this massive heat wave coupled with nasty humidity we've been experiencing lately), but I just went and lay in a grassy field and saw 3 visitors from interplanetary space!!!

Me too. Played through it once. Almost all quests, all expansions. I don't like replaying games tbh, but this one I just had to start again. So awesome. I tried doing morrowind, but the game is too ancient. No voice, have to read everything, clumsy combat where hitting things is physically impossible until you do complex procedures to acquire money to level up your blade skill through a trainer and all quests are completely unrelated to each other. Couldn't take it. And people praise that game? Waiting for skyrim though. That game looks great.

In the meantime, music can really set my mind at ease. c:

It's actually rainy! The news didn't lie this time.
almost noon, just woke a bit ago, and i think it stormed a lot earlier, now its just super gloomy our and raining normally <3
and its only high 60s low 70s right now, and its supposed to rain/storm for the next few days.
Thank you western Canada for that cold front, and the east coast for this rain xD

It's been raining here since yesterday. Any other time, I would welcome the rain... and I guess I still do. I just wish it would have waited until my sheets were dry

I'm happy because I was just bit by a bug. I went outside to bring in my wet sheets and I felt a little pinch or sting on the top of my foot. I ignored it, rewashed one sheet, hung another up in the bathroom, sat down at my desk and still felt the sting. I looked down, expecting a flea. But it wasn't. I gently picked it up, placed it on my arm and looked at it. 6 legs, a "tail" and what appeared to be teensy tiny pinchers on its face. The bug itself was tiny. It bit my arm, so I brushed it into a walmart bag I've been using for trash.
Then I researched "pincher bugs" (aka earwigs). I didn't do an extensive search (I'm about to eat), but it seems earwigs don't bite.
I studied some pics and IF this is an earwig, it was female. I dug it out of the trash and took some pics with my DSi which suck and lack any sort of clarity lol.

But, it was/is a mystery which I enjoy. The spot on my foot still itches some but there's no noticeable mark.

Unfortunately, I think I killed the little guy

And now I'm about to finally eat some green beans and potatoes

Haha, if it makes you feel any better, my sister was with me that night and she didn't see any. The very first one I saw getting out of the car was HUGE. Like a bright, flashing bulb. It was almost kinda scary, like WTF was that!

hehee... but they smell stale and it takes so much longer for them to dry when you do it that way.
I just need to get my butt to Lowes and look for an electric wire for the dryer. We have 2- one is bound to work lol. Both are missing cords though and our modular home has weird outlets...

oof another happy moment.
I went up to the bike shop here, because i had dropped it off a few days ago because it needed work done on it.
I obviously rode it home, about a 10 minute ride. So I was just casually biking along, and notice my grandfather, he had met me at the place since i didn't have enough money, anywho, so we departed and i i biked home, he said he had to tell me something but to wait until we hit a stop light, but he was following me since we had to stop at a light. A random car with a couple drove by and saw he was following me, they stopped up at the end of the street and asked if i knew him and if i was okay, it makes me glad that people are still considerate enough to do that. I of course explained to them that i knew him but its just so nice how they did that

I dreamed about lucidity last night - which means I'm hopefully on the verge of actually BEING lucid! And I'm finally beginning to dream about my new house - though it still doesn't look quite right...

Heh.. had an FA where I was laying in my bed in a room somewhat similar to my real room and looking at a weird pattern on the wall (that's not there IRL) but couldn't see it clearly at all so I smiled and said "Increase Clarity" and watched as the pattern grew extremely vivid and 3 dimensional. Also had loads of dream control.
