Thread: If you changed your name what would it be?

I despise my name with a passion.

If I would ever change it, it would be David or Daniel (but ONLY Daniel, Dan is horrible and Danny is ridiculous, despite one of my better friends being named that).

By extension a son would be called David and a daughter Catherine. Restrictions on Catherine also apply: No Ks (unless Kate or Katy) and STRICTLY no Ys. Ideally I would want her to remain Catherine, but C/Kate or C/Katy would be bearable. And if she ever became Cat or Kat I would disown her.
