Well what is good varies from one person to another. From Hitler's perspective it was good to kill the jews; obviously this is untrue; but subjectively that was morally good for him. On a smaller scale one person my agree with euthanasia and another not. Good is what, that which makes the most amount of people happy? [utilitarianism] Or certain virtues perhaps? Or treating others as you would be treated? Carôusoul, PUH-LEASE don't turn what should be a very positive thread into a debate for debate's sake. Let this go!

I would like to pass my gratitude to: NeAvO - Always a great person to chat to in the chatrooms Clairity - A positively shining beacon to all those who seek help with lucid dream.. Amethyst Star - First person to welcome me into the forums, so extra points there! And many others... I've found DV to be a generally pleasant community, with plenty of help always readily available, along with many interesting stories and experiences that are continually shared here (along with many heated debates). Ever since I stumbled into this place, my understanding of dreams has really made leaps and bounds, and really has lead me to gain a fresh perspective on my life. And thus concludes my praise.

Mark - Kind, and always has something sensible to say. One of my few LD friends. Bro - I have the deepest coversations with this guy, I can relate so much with him. Even though we haven't met in real life, I can discuss the deepest things with him. And I miss ya Bro, I hope you return soon. Oneironaut - A very handsome man, to say the least. He is a very talented person, and I wouldn't say it if you weren't man. Always has something thoughtful to say, and you can tell when he talks, that he actually listens. He's also one that keeps things in chat in order. Great sense of humor as well. Kromoh - He can put a smile to my face. Makes me laugh all the time. I can disuss so much with him, and he never fails to make me smile. Like right now, I'm talking with him, and I'm just smiling for no reason. That's it for now, but my list is long. =D

Alrighty, time to add to this. Thanks to all you folks who mentioned me, I'm honored. At first I was just going to add a mention of one person a day to this, to keep the thread going, but then I realized I'd never come close to acknowledging all the people that mean so much to me on here that way. So here goes... Clairity almost goes without saying. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met, anywhere. She never says anything mean, or out of place. She is, always and without fail, fair and considerate. A better woman you would have a damn sight of a hard time finding. Xox is just great. She's like the little sister I never had, and half the time I go in chat it's because she's there. She's witty, funny, has a great sense of humor, and is nice to boot. Though she doesn't hesitate to put that one person we won't mention in his place whenever he inevitably finds his way back from you-know-what. Meggy I really miss, she is a truly good friend. She's always there if I need somebody to talk to, about pretty much anything. She's not afraid to give her honest opinion, either. Also, she gives great e-hugs and e-kisses. Jeff I wasn't too sure about at first. I remember trying to get on his case in chat not long after he joined, at which time he wouldn't get his back up. Which is good. But he seemed a bit too bland, with his old username and all. Then I got to know him in chat, and saw more of his posts, and regretted not doing so sooner. He's a very mature, gentlemanly, hilarious guy with a good dose of common sense and a good head on his shoulders. He keeps his cool when the going gets rough, and he's a good friend. CoLd BlooDed is one of my favorite members too, though I don't seem to see as much of him these days. Even if he is Canadian. He never fails to crack me up, and we've had some great times in chat spouting randomness together. Oneironaut is just plain awesome. This guy pretty much defines badass. He is the coolest of the cool, and I really look up to him. He's got an awesome sense of humor, can take a joke, and isn't afraid to get down and dirty in chat with the rest of the Night Crew. Plus, he's a superb moderator and can serve me up my ass in rap battles. He is, as Xox said, very talented in many areas. I really respect him a lot. Siиdяed of the fancy letters is next. At first I thought he was just another flooder/wannabe troll, but then I saw some of his serious posts. Turns out he's got got a good head on his shoulders and gives pretty good advice, too. He's intelligent, has good grammar, and writes quite well. Spart, I didn't forget you. Spart's a pilot, for cryin' out loud. How is that not cool? He's also incredibly mature, to the point that I thought he was older than me for months. He's almost never serious, but when he is, he is. Generally a great guy, and he is one of the Night Crew. He could also kick my butt, seing as he's a black belt. BiVixen is like another little sister to me. She's very kind and considerate, and loves her huggles. She's also kinda flirty, like me. A great girl. Mark75 made this list, just as he knew he would. Now, I know the majority of you probably don't like him, and he seems to like it just fine that way. But Mark75 is a man of many layers. The personality I see when I talk to him on MSN is completely different than his forum persona. I've actually had some interesting, meaningful conversations with him, and he's really a pretty cool guy. He's also funny, and even relatively normal sometimes. Nina I can't forget, either. I love her rather complex personality. It takes awhile to get to know her, but once you do... Well, Nina is just Nina. She's downright hilarious, if a bit blunt sometimes. I, however, happen to like blunt. With Nina, you always know where you stand. That sarcastic, somewhat cynical humor is priceless, too. Yup, she's great as well. I think that's it for now, but I'll definitely be adding to this thread.

Great thread I've been guilty of not being particularly active on the forums themselves, for a long time now, so regretably I don't really KNOW most of you guys. Most of you are going 'Who the hell is he?' Truth be told, I miss some of the crowd that have moved on and need to get to know everyone again. But ... there's a lot of good people still here that I kind of know. Some of them are: Seeker: The way you keep peace and sanity and a sense of humour is inspiring. You never seem to be in a bad mood. And behind your easy demeanor, there's a lot more thought and depth than most people realise. Vex Kitten: I can't say that you're sane, but you're damn good fun to talk to I miss our long chats about absolute bull. We've discussed the wierdest things. Burns: One of the nicest people I know (kinda know). Level headed but very sweet. Loves cats about as much as I do Howie: A pleasure to work with. You often have different views on things than I do, which is useful. Ophelia: Another person I used to have a lot of fun chatting to. *sigh* the old days. You're never on messengers nowadays, and I'm seldom in the forums. The staff in general: A great bunch of guys most of the way - if I was stuck in a war zone, I'd hope to have reliable people like you around. The way this forum is run is really impressive, and it all comes down to having good guys on the staff. .. I'm sure I'm forgetting a whole lot of people which I'll get to another time ..

Wow – for a feel good thread, certainly doesn’t feel good to be forgotten L Anyhoo – I guess it’s my turn to leave people out (sorry if I do, but there are just too many amazing people here). And in no particular order: Clairity – Well okay Clairity is top for a reason, she is my most favourite DV member. I have so much time and respect for her, she is just an all round wonderful, no beautiful person! Always has time to talk and help out people and cares so much for how others are feeling. I could wax lyrical about her all day; I just have so much time and respect for her, and would do anything to help her, if she needed it! We talk almost every day and I just think she is all round awesome! Mes Tarrant – I love this girl to bits, she is soooooooo awesome! And never fails to put a smile on my face! She is like gravity, everyone just gets pulled to her, she is very beautiful, intelligent, and has a heart of gold! She doesn’t know it yet, but I am actually booking my flights over there to propose to her lol. I wish this girl all the success and happiness in life, and really hope everything works out for the best! Lucid Seeker – My first adoptee, cool to chat with, very passionate about everything he does, which sometimes has caused a little friction between us, but I know he is a good guy and his heart is in the right place, so don’t see that as a problem! Keep going with everything and you will do well! Trust me! Oneironaut – My main man on the ones and twos lol – busting out some awesome break beats! And because of him, I now have to spend more money on music! Just an all round awesome guy! Loves a drink, and always says the right things on the forum! He is just a very nice, well-respected guy! Peppy! Where ya been. Jeff - Jeff Jeff Jeff, what can I say about him! He's smart, intelligent, a great friend, very helpful, open-minded. I just can't think up of enough words to describe him! I know we've had our "moments" but we stuck it through, and are still great friends. He is what I can call a Great man. He has a great sense of humor, (*cough*) most of the time. Caring and honest, and has a good head on his shoulders. Words aren't enough to describe you Jeff! Sindred - Is so cute and funny! (Not that I've seen him but I imagine him to be!) he can really crack me up with his posts. Very inteligent, and major props to him for Anti-Heroes. Very talanted obviously. I've seen deep posts from him as well, and he impressed me. I remember when he first came, I thought he was just another one of them "spammers." I even remember him saying, "I go on weird spam rages on random forums." He actually became a notable member on the forum! I love you Sindy! Peppy- Man It's been long since I've spoken with you!
