so there was a thread made by mes tarrant about what a man should do for a woman, well here's the opposite of that. ladies, plz listen to me when i say that more of this must be done!!!!!! 1)Girls should open doors more often 2)Chill out when your man does not want to hang out with you, he probably wants some alone time. 3)Let him watch the game in peace. No distractions (unless it’s like a Quickie during half-time) 4)Compliment him. I bet you anything that a man would like to hear, ’hey there stud’ or some kind of compliment himself… 5)Don’t confront him in front of his homies about anything. It’s just rude and inconsiderate. 6)Allow the occasional male to hold the door open for you, seeing as some men take pride in this 7)Late-night movies (at the theatre) and fancy(expensive) dinners are overrated, have some mcdonalds with him and rent a movie from blockbusters. 8)Let him pick the movie. 9)Pay for dinner. Stop mooching. 10)Laugh with him when he farts, he’ll appreciate you more… 11)You ask the guy out. Guys always take the rejection. They always get the whole “eeeewwww, no way.” Or the “not if you were the last man on earth!” it’s about time that we ladies grew a little bit of balls and did the asking out. 12)Take charge in the bedroom. 13)Don’t lead a man on. 14)Stop wearing shirts that only cover your nipples and then complain about how guys always comment on them. 15)When you have your time of the month, go somewhere like a park or your momma’s house. A guy who farts in front of me (on a regular basis... I'd forgive the occasional mishap) is not someone I want to be around. This I have no problem with. I don't necessarily find the need to go around blowing ass, audibly, in public. If you've got something against burping in public, though, we may have problems. Lol. I mean, some people are just excessive with it, which gets on my nerves a bit, too, but I hope your not the kind of girl that gets all grossed out, every time somebody belches. O, as you've seen many times already, I'm very vocal about my opinions of equality between men and women, but I get this nagging feeling that you're taking it personally every time and/or getting angry at me. The thing about being very vocal, or having a strong opinion, is that sometimes people are going to call you on it, even if it just means giving a little more explanation to the logic which made you come to your opinion. I'll admit, that sometimes you can say things that have me thinking , but I'm not getting angry with you. I just misunderstood about what you were saying about pigs rolling in shit, and I thought you were talking about guys being too enthralled in a game to want to be disturbed. I don't know if there are any other instances you mean, but that one was a complete misunderstanding, on my part. In reference to what happened in Superbad, if it was a guy who pissed blood all over the other guy's leg, he probably would have reacted the same way. In such a situation, I'm sure it's mostly association of the blood with genitalia that caused the reaction, more than it just being "period blood." And - more to the possibility of PMS being a myth - we'd still have to acknowledge the fact that many woman, themselves, will lend credence to the myth (of their having mood-swings and being crabby during menstruation). So, should we then accept the chance of a social, psychological stigma that makes women believe that their bodies cause them to have mood swings (thus, actually giving them mood-swings), due to their possibly false knowledge of what happens to the mind during their period? And if that's the case, wouldn't that rule on the list still apply? Teehee.
