I try to do a bit of each, but I'm definitely posting more in the off topic section.

I just... wish there was a place that everyone would meet up and party. Or something. Like, neutral ground.

I've been in Beyond Dreaming now and then...but, honestly, there's not a whole lot of topics there that I'm able to post in.

I post in the on-topic area...but I don't really know anyone up there, except for the ones who post down here.

I'm kinda in the between, but more towars the off-topic. Like someone said, there is somethimes threads where I don't have things to say or I may not know what to say.

I'm mostly on-topic because I get easily drawn to off-topic sections and start to post at incredibly high rates.
Of course that doesn't mean I don't know off-topic people, I just refrain from posting, but read plenty of the threads <.<

I don't think creating another area would be the answer though... people just need to get out of their shell more and try out some of the other areas...
But some people are simply more comfortable in some areas more than others.

I'm pretty sure that "on topic" covers all forums except those under "off topic"

Hahah yeah, I literally had NO idea who you were until the first time I ventured to the Lounge, which was last night. Haha.

The Lounge is basically a General Discussion, and Senseless Banter is like a worse form of General Discussion.

And I bet that if we were to make some kind of forum for everyone to post in, it'd probably be taken over by Senseless Banter.

I'm not even neccessarily proposing a whole new section. Just wondering if there are any ideas on how alienation could be less... absolute.

I think one of the easiest ways to integrate the members is by placing more emphasis on and perhaps adding to the Introduction area.
People tend to love "titles" and awards (like the Lucid Dream achievement pictures).
Maybe if there was some sort of system in place to acknowlede the meeters, greeters and minglers among us it could work (like giving a Social Butterfly achievement).

But I honestly don't see a problem People seem to naturally fall into certain cliques even without trying. That doesn't make one better or worse than the others, it's just how people are. We hang out with others who share our interests...

I propose that we integrate members by a rigid campaign of terror and villainy, so that we can all bind together in the spirit of fear.
