Thread: What would you like to happen after you die?

Well, since I'm Catholic and believe in Heaven, I remembered someone telling me when I was little that when you go to Heaven you can do whatever you want, so I've always wanted my own personal gymnasium. I used to be in gymnastics and spent like 6 years in it, so even to this day I still kind of hope that I get my gymnasium... hehe..

Why do I think that this will turn into a religious debate?


ontopic: I really would like to go into my dreams, and just live there. I hope my conscious stays a live and I can just live in my dreams, lucidly of course.

1 second after I die, i would like for the seas to boil, volcanoes to spew, violent earthquakes to crack every surface of the Earth, the sun to burn out (immediately, skipping all the life stages of a star), the moon to come crashing down to Earth, lightning to plague the Earth, record breaking tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes to hit, and 1,000 new diseases to spread among man.

Upon that day, all will know that the real son of God perished. Not the guy on the cross who paraded around with my title. I'll come back in 100 years though to end all the mayhem. Pinky swear.

That's some plan you have for the earth when you pass away


My plan is for this:

I die, then so does every other negative/mean/angry/selfish/greedy/violent/warmonger in the world

World peace!

When I die, I want to be in a big huge lucid shared dream with everyone else who is dead.

Everyone will die...

I don't know what i believe. I grew up being a christian, but now that i am older i question everything. I definately believe that there is something that started all of this. I don't understand how exsitence could exist period with out something to start it. But there is so many religions out there how do i know what i believe is true or that there even is a religion out there that is true. I don't like the whole hell concept, "you made a mistake and believed in the wrong thing, you are going to hell!"

What i want is a complete paradise where you don't have to care about anything and this paradise goes on forever and you don't ever have to worry about anything again. But i don't mind the idea of reincarnation. But you might not be a human again. Heck you might be born on a complete different planet. I don't worry about it i have my whole life ahead of me to ponder and figure out this problem.

We are talking about what happends to your being not your body. Hell some doctor could strap my body to a table and conduct experiments on it for all I care, I won't be using it anymore.

I beg to differ. Your personality and the way you act is based upon your experiences and the way you were brought up. If you were the same every time what would even be the point of teaching your kids right from wrong. Your consciousness, reasoning, and emotions are all controlled from your brain. Your soul is just your being, an entity. Ghosts don't look like anything, they don't move, they just are, they just exist.
