Question Can These Help With Relaxation/Attaining Lucidity?

For the past few months I've only been having two or less lucid dreams per month, and it's driving me crazy because I love them so much. One possible explanation (from my sources) for this is that I'm not good at relaxing. This may also be what's hindering my WILD attempts, though I haven't made any lately. So that brings me to this: what are the best ways to relax before bed?
I've been told that Magnesium supplements can induce relaxation, so I'd like to try taking those before bed to see if I can get results. I also have been reading before bed for 30 min-1 hr as of late.
I really do want to have lucid dreams frequently, but I've met a lot of difficulty. Help is, as always, appreciated.

Do you do it with WBTB? It makes it easier to relax when you have slept for 3+ hours.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride

Well, like I said, I haven't been attempting WBTBs much lately. I'm mainly concerned with being relaxed right before I go to sleep in order to improve 1) my recall, to remember more lucid dreams, and 2) my chances of DILDing, if stress and DILDs are related at all. Still, I was considering trying to WILD again tonight.
