      LD easily [EILD audio track]

This technique obviously requires you to sleep through the audio without waking up, which shouldn't be difficult unless you're a very light sleeper.

Anyways, I created this audio track for EILDers to try out. The first time I tried it I wan't in my REM cycle so it didn't work. When I managed to hit the REM cycle however, it worked perfectly. When coupled with a WBTB, this technique is pretty much fool proof.

Here's a youtube sample of what it sounds like:
YouTube - Do a reality check

(In the audio mp3, it repeats twice, then there's a pause [x3] )
After doing this there is an empty pause for about a minute, that way if your alarm is set to repeat, it will do so after that long stretch of time. Otherwise, the audio would eventually de-stabilize the dream and wake you up. Some alarms will allow you to turn off repeat as well.

Here's the download link for the mp3 file:

Let me know if it works for you. Also, I can create modified versions for any of you who would like a custom mantra, different pause lengths, etc.

      ATTENTION SMART PHONE USERS

There's an app called "iHome + sleep" which allows you to use songs in your playlist as alarms. By using the .mp3 file in your playlist you can use it as an alarm, and the app allows you to turn repeat on or off.

I'm going to try this, but I'm on some allergy medicine that messes with REM sleep. I'll try it soon.

I'll try this out tonight. I made a track with this idea in mind once, but I didn't have any success with it. It was crappy quality though; I didn't put much time/effort into it. Hopefully this one will work better!
