      Marleeey's Mellllllow Moooood....

I found this drink at CVS the other day, and noticed that many of the active ingredients were dream supplements. See for yourself:

      Marley's Mellow Mood | Beverages

I'm wondering if anyone has actually tried this, because I have yet to pick up a dollar and actually buy it.

      What were the ingredients?

Mancon, l'm seeing that owl everywhere lately [exact same bird, l mean]. l saw a guy in a crowded shopping mall the other day with one perched on his shoulder [live bird].
lt's like some weird omen. l suppose symbolically the owl can mean hidden truths being revealed - which is very appropriate considering the main subject of this site

I've tried it before, it's nice, I didn't notice it had valerian root and melatonin in it though!

Hm, guess i'll give this one a try and pick a can up after work. What do you guys think, drink it before bed or in a WBTB? Half and half might be best.

I let you down guys... totally forgot to pick a can up on my way home! bugger, and now it's the weekend which is when I take my other dream supplements, so to avoid mixed results I will have to try this maybe Monday/Tuesday next week.

I noticed that these drinks contained melatonin so I decided to pick a few up from the gas station.
I bought the Black Tea, Green Tea with Honey, and the Berry one in the can.
The drinks actually have a really nice taste to them, they are quite enjoyable actually.
So far I have only drank two of them, but I must say that the effects of these drinks can be felt.
Around a half hour, to an hour after drinking the beverage you start to get a really relaxed feeling about you.
I have gotten the best results from the Black Tea one thus far, around the time that I really began to feel the effects I went to lay down.
At first the thought of attempting to WILD did not even enter my head, but after a few minutes of laying there I decided to try it out.
The first attempt had failed, and I just drifted off to sleep only to wake up an hour later; which is when I decided to try to WILD again.
I tried my best to relax again and I entered SP really quickly, I got a few auditory hallucinations and I managed to slip into a dream lucidly.
Personally, I found it very easy to pretty much completely relax while under the effects of this drink, it helped out a lot.
I look forward to trying some more WILDs after drinking this in the future, if I get any more success I'll post something up.

      -EDIT-
As for the dreams I've had while under the "influence" of this beverage, they seemed more memorable and pretty realistic.
The drink defiantly had an effect on the vividness of my dreams; if anyone happens to try this drink out be sure to post your results!

Ah, what a shame... On my lunch break I noticed some Marleys mellow mood - berry flavour in my local shop, and decided to pick one up just to see what effects it might generate when I got back to work, heh, sadly I was dissapointed...

It seems that the ingredients in the US and UK are different (I did think it was strange after reading the ingredients on the website that melatonin was mentioned, because as far as i know its perscription here in the UK) and I guess I was right.

      USA Ingredients:
      Valerian root (known dream supplement)
      Melatonin (known dream supplement)
      Lemon Balm
      Passion Flower
      Hops
      Chamomile

      UK Ingredients:
      Lemon Balm
      Passion Flower
      Hops
      Chamomile
      Rose Hips (?)

So unfortunately I can't really take part in this experiment, without valerian root and melatonin it just sounds like a herbal tea or something, with a lot of sugar lol. Sigh... anyway I look forward to hearing some more stories from your experiences with it guys, sorry the UK and I cant join ya!

I cannot find it on .co.uk only on .com?

Would it be illegal to purchase from .com if it is in fact prescription here?

yeah, they had one left on amazon.co.UK yesterday, but now their sold out. Might be an idea to email Swanson [who sell it] to see if they, all get more in.
Another shop seems to sell many types of melatonin which appears to be UK based is healthmonthly.co.uk
Another shop that has a big selection of melatonin vitaminsuk.com is OK. I ordered some galantamind from them recently and had it very quickly in 3 days.

I dunno, I keep reading it's banned in the uk, so I don't think it's wise to purchase... As for your last link, you really spent £109 on 90 caps of galantamind? lol

l read some of those things about melatonin too. Most are 4 years old etc. l'm not sure why many online shops are selling it in that case - would amazon and some of these big places risk prosecution?? l doubt it. One guy recently said:

"I've also looked and searched on the HM Customs and they have absolutely no mention of Melatonin either"

Anyway, l think it's only useful for sleep problems and jet lag etc. l didn't find it much use for lucid dreaming so l stopped taking it.
As for the galantamind at 'vitaminsuk.com' l bought the cheapest one [which is recommended for most lucid dreamers]. There are actually three versions on their site. l think the one you mentioned is the 8mg bottle Mine cost me £60 for the 4mg one with choline and b5. Since you only take it twice a week as recommended, this would be nearly a years supply. So, l took the risk on losing about £2 a week for something that's said to be the best lucid dream supplement on the market.

I wouldn't discount the fact that it may be a placebo effect.

I've been drinking this lately and it puts me right to bed every time.

Does anyone know if the 1.5mg melatonin would have adverse effects on the health of sb who drinks it regularly?

Oh and the citrus drink is really awesome.
