      Choline and/or B-6?

I've only had one half-assed lucid dream, which was a DILD. But I keep trying to DILD because I'm literally scared shitless (oops) about having scary hallucinations. I have both Choline and vitamin B6, would it be smart for a newbie to try either or both 30 minutes before I went to bed? Or should I wait until I have a few more lucid dreams? What are your suggestions? Thanks for all your help!

The supplements shouldn't cause you any issues and have a shot at aiding lucidity. If you use the search function you will find many threads on each supplement.

Scary hallucinations only happen to some people (it's not a rule) and you can lucid dream with any method and never experience them. Yes, this includes WILD.

The posted material on the various techniques is shared as a guide but not every person will experience the same things. It's wide-audience material.

Try the supplements and keep up with a dream journal. See what happens for you.
