      Exclamation Why didn't this work!?!??!?!

I ATE A MANGO BEFORE BED BUT IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!?!?!??

      I'm really mad now.

When you eat mangoes they say you're supposed to remember your dreams, I DIDN'T REMEMBER A THING.

And they say it helps you lucid dream. <--- Didn't work.

Any OTHER way to help me remember them?

Why are you freaking out? There's no guarantee to get lucid or recall dreams when it comes to any supplement really. They just increase your chances. Also I haven't read much about mangos, but they're something I hadn't heard about. Probably affect your dreams by placebo, like peanut butter and bananas.

Work on your recall by writing down your dreams every single day. That's the only sure way to improve it.

Matte87 is right. Take a deep breath. Like, right now. Seriously, do it.

Now remember it doesn't work that way. You can't just take something, or do something and expect it to work on the first try. Sure, that may work for some medicines, but not in lucid dreaming. It takes dedication, enthusiasm, and practice. Think positive and believe in yourself. It sounds cheesy, but it's really the truth.

      Good luck.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Hmm if it was true, don't you think everyone would eat mangos all over the place here? And there would even be a sticky about eating mangos etc.

I don't want to be rude, I just want to make clear for you that there is no guaranteed method or instruction of how to induce lucid dreams.

Unless you do your own research and based on your own experience manage to come up with an effective method.

However it's still not a perfect method of how to become lucid, it's only "perfect" for you, it's still not guaranteed to work for others.

You can't master anything by reading about it you have to learn by doing.

And now you've learend that magnos doesn't give you super vivid dreams. Note that down and now try Bananas
No but trying new things is good, but you should, for your own sake, see each attempt as an experiment and not be so focused on your ego.
If you get discouraged by not having a lucid dream or some other desired result one night, it will do more harm than good because frustration leads to stress, stress leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering (lol Yoda variation) - suffering from not remebering your dreams because they are chaotic dreams that is hard to remember.
So after each attempt only focus on the positive outcomes with a scientist's eyes not your ego .

It might seem strange to not focus on the outcome and just observe what happens, but in my experience that is the best approach to get frequent success in the long run.

I will share one method though because it seems like it's a good practise of prospective memory which can help you remember your dreams.

Although remember that it's still not a guaranteed way, it's just an effective tool. Methods should always be seen as effective tools and you should always give yourself the credit when it's a success.

Any supplement may or may not help you. Nothing is a guarantee. There is no magic bullet.

The best thing to recall your dreams is to write in your dream journal and appreciate your dreams. Explanation why and how.

No supplement is guaranteed to work, but you should give it more than one chance rather than just taking once it and giving up on it. There's nothing that says a supplement or a technique is going to work every time you try it, or even at all. I've found that apple juice works on me, but only about a third of the time. Sadly there's no magic lucid dreaming pill that will work 100% of the time; like everyone else said, it takes patience.

Another thing: sometimes becoming overexcited about LDing can have a negative effect as well. Whenever I try too hard to have a lucid dream, I've pretty much killed all my chances of having one. Just stay calm and go with the flow. Getting so worked up over it defintely won't help matters any.
